Duck Breast (200 gm)


A simple and delicious way to prepare your duck breast is to sear skin side down for 10 minutes and then finish in oven for a further 10 minutes at 160 degrees. Drizzle with our very own Craig Cook’s Manuka Honey Mustard and accompany with a fresh green salad.
