All our traditional pork sourced from famous Byron Bay are renowned for superior marbling characteristics, producing deliciously juicy and tender pork cuts with perfect crackling.

  • Roasting pieces, shoulder, leg, belly, rack
  • Rolled loins in plain (1 to 6kg)
  • Rolled loins with dried prunes and apricots
  • Rolled Loins with apple, sage and rosemary (gluten free)
  • Rolled Loins with apricot, macadamia and citrus (gluten free)

Turkey

Once again, we will have our moist and delicious Pooginagoric, South Australian turkeys grown naturally.

  • Whole turkey size 35 to 90
  • Rolled breast (seasoned or plain)
  • Buffes or rolled breasts (seasoned or plain)
  • Apple and cranberry Christmas stuffing with pork mince.
  • Apricot and macadamia with citrus (gluten free).
  • Sage onion stuffing (Traditional)

Our  famous home made Christmas puddings include:

Of course we will also have on hand our full range of dry aged,  grass fed Angus beef roasts, like our Tova Platinum grass fed rib roasts and our Five Acre Fields free range chickens.

We will also have our turkey chipolatas, pork chipolatas delicious bacon, free range geese in limited numbers and other Christmas fare.
