TORRES La Oscuridad - Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Vinegar 250 ml

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon wines, aged in acetic soles and aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
It is cherry red in colour. The aroma results from a mixture of notes of red, toasted and vanilla fruits on an acetic background.
On the palate it is generous and persistent
Best Suited: Raw dishes, salads, meat stews, game, legumes, gazpacho and vegetable creams, vinaigrettes and sauces.
