1. Points are earned on completed purchases only in store, online and via Click & Collect
2. Points are not earned on Uber Eats orders
3. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
4. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
5. One account per customer
6. Craig Cook The Natural Butcher reserves the right to modify or end the rewards program at any time
