Uber Eats orders, returns and support

At Craig Cook The Natural Butcher, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a seamless experience with every Uber Eats order.

Changes or cancellations
All Uber Eats orders are processed in real time to ensure fast, same day delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so directly through the Uber Eats app as soon as possible. Once an order has been accepted and prepared, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

Damaged items
We take great care in preparing every order. If something isn’t right, please report the issue through the Uber Eats app on the day of delivery so it can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Missing items
If an item is missing from your order, please notify Uber Eats via the app straight away so their team can assist with a resolution.

Out of stock items
In the event a product becomes unavailable, our team may substitute with a similar item of equal quality or contact you via the platform where possible.

Payments and refunds
All payments are processed securely through Uber Eats. Any refund requests or payment enquiries must be submitted via the Uber Eats app and will be handled in line with their policies.
